Nothing is booked until you’ve chosen them all and sent your details. Online, except the MasterClass, which is in person. Times are Toronto time.

If you’re near Toronto, come in person for your first session if you can. After that, online works just as well.

One a day. Tap a time, then choose 45 minutes, or 90 minutes (which counts as 2 sessions).
